SHIPPING COSTS: Generally, to Australian capital city metro areas orders over $150 before GST will be FREIGHT FREE. For orders under $150 before GST, freight within Australia is only $10. We may contact you with additional freight charges for particularly large or heavy orders and/or for orders to non-capital city locations.
TIMING TO DISPATCH AND DELIVERY: Orders are dispatched within 3 working days from our warehouse in Leichhardt, Sydney. Orders should be received within 2 to 7 days (14 days for remote locations). If there is to be any delay with dispatching your order we will contact you within 3 days of your order.
ORDERS TO GO OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA: Your purchase will not incur Australian GST. Please email us with your address and the quantity of each product you intend to order. We will reply with a freight charge and instructions on how to place your order on our site. Of course, if you think the freight is too expensive you will be under no obligation to proceed.
Refunds & Returns:
In the unlikely event that something is wrong with the product or we dispatched the wrong product we will give a full refund and pay the return freight. If you change your mind or ordered what you don’t want you can return the goods to us (at your expense) and on receipt in good order and condition we will refund 80% of the value of your order excluding any freight charge.
You can pay by Direct Deposit, PayPal, Mastercard (via Paypal) or Visa (via PayPal).
Provision of Tax Invoice:
You will receive a tax invoice with your order showing the GST amount. The prices shown on our website do not include GST. GST is added on checkout.
Certificates Plus is a division of Image Display Creations (IDC). Under the IDC banner we have been manufacturing, importing and customising paper products in Australia since 2003. IDC has built an impressive client list including Corporates, Universities, Colleges, Schools, Training Organisations, Government Departments and Authorities, Religious Organisations and more. In 2019 IDC started Certificates Plus to cater to those unique customers purchasing certificates and associated products.
When you order we will ask for your name, postal address, email address and telephone number. If you provided this information then not more than once in three months we might email you regarding new products and special offers.
If you subscribe to our mailing list we might email you not more than once per month regarding new products and special offers. We will always have an “opt-out” option and your information is kept secure.
We will only share information with other organisations under strict privacy provisions for fraud prevention or investigation. Your information is not provided to anyone or any other organisation for marketing purposes.
